HOW TO DOUBLE A RECIPE BY AYA

 hi everyone! Today we made sourdough pizza. Yum! And we doubled the recipie. 

                                     FOR EXAMPLE :

- 1: 1 cup sourdough starter= 2cups if doubling recipie

- 2: 1/2 cup lukewarm water= 3 cups

- 3: 2 1/2 cups flour= 5 cups 

-4: 1 teaspoon salt= 2 teaspoon

-5: 1/2 teaspoon instant or active dry yeast= 1 teaspoon

  1. Sourdough pizza sounds good, next time you may want to try it with sourdough the old fashioned way (ie, over the course of a week without yeast)

  4. Oh yes, if there is a lot of work that goes into a recipe, I always double it. I haven't tried making a sourdough starter yet. Maybe in the future.
