Pizza🍕😋 (By Noelle)
Today we made pizza🍕.
In our group we doubled the recipe, and converted it from the metric system to the imperil system.
Then we rolled out the dough and put the sauce and baked it for 5 minutes, after that we put the toppings on and put it back in the oven till it was ready to eat.
Converting:
1 cup flour = 125g
1 cup sugar = 200g
1 cup cocoa powder = 100g
Where I come from we always mix up metric and Imperial. We use cups but we would never use ounces. We use miles but Celsius. I measure distance in inches but gasoline in litres.
ReplyDeleteThat's an important skill to have! Math is useful for so many things, including making pizza.
ReplyDeleteI can never quite remember the conversions - this is great practice!
ReplyDeleteI love pizza! It's always good to learn new skills. My pizza recipe is in grams, so I weigh my ingredients.
ReplyDeleteWait cocoa in pizza? Weird. Do you have pepperoni in Egypt like the pizza icon you are using?
