    I just made pizza on Friday. We make it in a cast iron skillet. The dough takes 24 hours to proof, so it's a long process but it's worth it. The crust is crispy and fluffy.

                      Sour Dough Cookies🍪😋 Today we made sour dough cookies. We learned about different ways to measure ingredients. One of them was volume, that's when you use measuring cups, like when you measure 1 cup or a 1/2 cup. Now, I learned about pixels a pretty long time ago, but for those of you who are new, a pixel is: a smallest addressible element in a raster image, or the smallest addressible element in all points addressible diplay device; so it's the smallest contollable element of a picture represented on the screen.
