Tulle Ball Gown


I have to recreate this dress for my birthday! My mom might help fund it, since my last project turned out well. If any of you want to help fund me, contact my mom!

Of course, I have no idea how to work with tulle. But, I will conquer this! 

And if anyone knows were to find boning, please tell me! Structure is so important!
