Have you ever wondered, what's the difference between hand term ice-cream and machine term ice-cream? If you thought I was going to tell you the answer, you're wrong! lol 😄😆 but this is my hypothesis: I think the machine term ice-cream will be softer and sweeter because the machine will mix it better. The hand term ice-cream will be a little rougher, or less creamy than the machine term because as I said, the machine probably mixes better.
