Once upon a time, people thought radiation was GOOD for you. Thankfully the French physicists, Henri becquerel discovered it was actually terrible for you. There are lots of dangerous metals that are radioactive (Radiation exposure results in cancer) And these are just a few of them. Uranium!! Is sometimes used to make bombs, and it was used to bomb Horishima, a Japanese city, during world war 1. Note, my computer was being stupid, and did not enable me to post a picture. Sorry!!! Polonium!! Is sometimes used to remove static electricity from machines and so on. Protactinium!! It is extremely rare, and very dangerous, so no one uses it for other than research.
